NOTE: A deposit of $265 is due with a contract to reserve a room or bed. For those needing a cosigner $280. Those fees cover the application fee for credit and background checks, parking passes, and security deposit. $100 of the fees is refundable at move-out if all terms of the lease have been met. First months rent is due upon move-in.

  1. $50 referral fee (available for current tenants referring new tenants)
  2. $25 discount for a group of 4 or more. (available for new tenants only)
