Your maintenance concerns are very important to us!! Please don’t hesitate to turn in a request for Maintenance to fix even the smallest thing! When making your request please be as specific as possible. Our goal is to fix the problem within 24 business hours.

Village on the Parkway Clubhouse or BBQ Reservation Form

1. Please complete the following form to request the Clubhouse or BBQ. Parties including 10+ Village on the Parkway tenants may reserve the facilities for up to 4 hours. Groups from 2-9 tenants may reserve for 1 hour max. Remember YOU are responsible for clean-up after your event.

    I agree that after my event I will make sure that the area is clean and that the trash is taken out. I also agree that failure to do so will result in the issuing of a $20 cleaning fee. I also agree that I will be held responsible for any damages to any Village on the Parkway property created by myself or my guests.
