2. NOTE: A deposit of $265 is due for those not needing a cosigner. For those needing a cosigner $280. First and last month’s rent are NOT required to move-in or secure a spot here at the Village. Rent is due upon move-in. Only the above mentioned fees are needed prior to move-in. Those fees cover the application fee for credit and background checks, parking passes, and security deposit. $100 of the fees is refundable at move-out if all terms of the lease have been met.
