Each of our apartments:
- has two shared and two private bedrooms with two bathrooms.
- has a convenient outside entrance.
- is furnished with extra long twin beds, built in desk, desk chairs, closet, couch, and a loveseat.
- has free fiber-optic internet and cable TV connections in each room.
- has central air conditioning and heating.
- has a full kitchen including a refrigerator, stove, microwave, sink with garbage disposal, snack bar, and stools.
- has phone service available through MSTAR, which means, that all long distance calling within the Continental US, Canada, and Puerto Rico is absolutely free.
In addition, Village on the Parkway offers the following community amenities:
- free resident shuttle service to and from UVU.
- free fiber-optic internet access provided by Mstar Metro on the UTOPIA network with connections available in each room.
- free cable TV with connections available in each room.
- an indoor pool and hot tub.
